SHIPPING

Priority mail (2-4 days) - $15 for EVery 4 fish

Express mail (OVERNIGHT) - $50 FOR every 4 fish

  • All orders are USA ONLY!

  • SAME DAY SHIPPING ON ORDERS PLACED BY 1PM EST ON SHIP DATES (see next section)

  • A hold for pickup option (have the package be shipped to your local post office instead of your address) is available at checkout.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of fish you purchase. There are no additional charges on shipping for up to 4 fish. The cost of shipping will cover the costs for every 4 fish you purchase.

For example:

  • If you purchase 1 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $15.

  • If you purchase 2 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $15.

  • If you purchase 3 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $15.

  • If you purchase 4 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $15.

  • If you purchase 5 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $30.

  • If you purchase 6 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $30.

  • If you purchase 7 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $30.

  • If you purchase 8 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $30.

  • If you purchase 9 fish with priority shipping, shipping will cost $45, and etc.

PAYMENT

I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal through my website.

You can also contact me directly to purchase (Instagram, Facebook, email, etc) however I cannot guarantee that I will respond to you to place your order faster than other people purchasing the fish through my website. 

Cash is also accepted (again, you’ll need to contact me directly) however I am not responsible if the money gets lost in the mail and I do not receive it (I have had multiple orders paid using cash through the mail and all were successful).

DEAD ON ARRIVAL POLICY

In a rare case of dead on arrival:

  • If you purchased 1 fish with priority shipping ($15), you will receive a FULL refund.

  • If you purchased more than 1 fish with priority shipping ($15), you will receive a PARTIAL refund on the costs of the fish that didn’t make it (you will only get a full refund if all of them are DOA using priority shipping).

  • If you paid for express shipping ($45), you will receive a PARTIAL refund on the costs of the fish only. 

You will need to send a photo of the fish in its unopened bag within 1 hour of delivery/pickup time (seen on the tracking info) in order for this policy to apply.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR FISH ON ITS ARRIVAL DATE - TEMPERATURES FLUCTUATE QUICKLY IN THE BOX WHEN LEFT OUTSIDE.

PLEASE note

  • All fish I send out are inspected one last time before shipping and will never be shipped out if any type of illness is present.

  • All sales are final. Unless a DOA, there are no refunds.

  • Tracking numbers are included with every order, but unfortunately, I cannot control lost mail. 

  • I have the right to delay shipping due to the weather.

  • Colors in my photos and videos may appear different on different monitors and in real life.

  • My bettas have the marble gene meaning they may change/gain colors at any time. You will receive the exact fish you purchased but they are able to marble during the shipping/processing time. However, photos are as up-to-date as possible so you should not see any major changes.

  • The fish will arrive stressed and their colors will be dull and pale due to the rough trip, but they should settle within a few hours or days.
